My Prediction: Trump Is Going To Resign
Everyone knows that when it comes to predicting stocks or Bitcoin-type speculation, I am the worst. However, I have been pretty good over the years when it comes to sports, politics, and the economy. With that in mind, I have become convinced that Trump is going to resign, so I want to get it posted on my blog ASAP, just in case it happens sooner rather than later.
Other Random Predictions
I also believe a two-quarterback offense will eventually emerge in college first and then eventually in the NFL. New York City will be bankrupt within 7 years. The US needs a population of 500 million if we are to compete in the global economy. You can kiss the EU goodbye. Virtual actors will soon replace all of these annoying actors. Virtual influencers won’t be far behind – and we know how much we’re all going to miss those really fascinating influencers and thought leaders.
And I can’t help myself: I’d short Apple if I were going to dip my toe back into the stock market.
The Donald Will Resign
I believe President Donald J. Trump will resign. It might not happen tomorrow, but the writing is on the wall. His declining health, the growing legal storm, and the emergence of Elon Musk as a high-profile adversary signal a turning point. And most importantly, if he doesn’t act fast, his family will pay the price. I believe every one of his kids wants him to resign for his well-being as well as theirs.
Trump is Approaching a Critical Juncture
The recent unsealing of Epstein-related files is only the first salvo in a campaign of targeted retribution led by Elon Musk, and the Democrats will pursue legal action against his family and his supporters with a vengeance that outlives his presidency. Trump, his children, and closest associates are already facing credible legal risk from multiple state and federal investigations, spanning financial misconduct, obstruction, and possible ties to suppressed criminal activity.
Unless Trump acts decisively by issuing full pardons and resigning on his own terms, the consequences for himself, his legacy, and his family will be irreversible. A resignation preceded by comprehensive pardons would protect the family’s fortune, shield them from prosecution, neutralize years of investigations, and eliminate the specter of imprisonment.

Biden knew the score, and he took care of his friends, family, and idiot kid.
The longer Trump stays, the more fragile his coalition becomes. A bold exit on his own terms would preserve his brand, maintain donor support, and enable his family to continue in politics, media, or business without the insurmountable legal baggage.
The Pardons Must Come First
Trump didn’t return to the presidency out of duty. He came back to protect himself and his family, seek revenge, and continue building the Trump fortune. But now, the walls are closing in. If he dies or becomes incapacitated before issuing full pardons to his kids and inner circle, they’re exposed. And not just politically. They are at risk legally, financially, and personally.
The Democrats are going to come after all of them until their dying days. If Trump doesn’t act while he still holds the power to pardon, his death or removal could mean criminal charges, asset seizures, possible imprisonment, and endless court battles for his family for the rest of their lives. The time to act is now. Pardon them all, then step down.
Trump’s Health is Failing
I don’t think Trump is physically or mentally up for the job anymore. Whether people want to admit it or not, it’s obvious – and I believe his family knows it. His appearances are limited, he looks tired, sounds weaker, and doesn’t have the fire he used to.
The real risk? If his health fails before he pardons anyone, the 25th Amendment gets triggered, and it’s over. Someone else steps in, and they don’t care about protecting Trump’s kids or legacy. And you know his family is worried about that, as they should be.

Trump’s chance to cut a deal with Vice President Vance is now. His kids will have no chance of cutting a deal with President Vance if Trump is dead or with a Democratic successor. He needs to resign on his own terms, while he can still pull the levers of power and gift the presidency to a grateful Vance.
Elon is Just Getting Started
Elon Musk is not playing games. Musk has made up his mind that Trump has to go, and he’s using his influence, his platforms, and now the Epstein files to start taking him apart.
Musk was betrayed by Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill. The bill failed to align with Elon’s vision of accelerating sustainable energy, fostering innovation, and creating a future-focused infrastructure. Whether the issue was unfair subsidies, political favoritism, or misallocated resources, Musk’s reaction reflects his relentless critique of government inefficiency and short-sighted policymaking.
The nation’s debt is truly out of control, and Musk thought he was supporting candidates who understood that. Musk helped elect Trump and numerous other Congressmen and Senators. It was quite the betrayal.

But Musk isn’t a politician; he believes he is a visionary, and Trump shit on his vision. Musk doesn’t have to answer to voters or donors; he answers to no one. That makes him more dangerous than the Democrats. And he has billions to exact his revenge on anyone who betrays him – and he has certainly demonstrated over his career that he is indeed a vindictive, resourceful, and tireless enemy.
This is just the beginning. If Musk has more, he’ll release it. He won’t stop. He has access to every nook and cranny of the federal government. His minions are everywhere. And the longer Trump stays in the public spotlight, the more damage Musk can do. Resigning now takes Trump out of the direct line of fire, allowing him to regroup and reframe with his fortune and family safe from Elon, the Democrats, and his countless enemies.
There is a Fortune to Protect
Trump has used his second term to accumulate more wealth, no doubt about it. But what’s the use if staying too long puts it all at risk? More lawsuits, more investigations, and more media exposure – it’s all bad for business. Every day he stays in power is another day someone digs deeper into the finances, the deals, the taxes, the donations …
Step down, protect the empire, protect the family, and secure the legacy.
If Trump stays in office and delays, he risks dying or being removed without pardoning his family; he exposes his wealth, his legacy, and his name to destruction; and he gives his enemies all the time and opportunity they need.

If he resigns now and issues full pardons, he shields his family, preserves the fortune, exits on his terms, and lives to fight another day. And then he can start to engineer the presidency for his favorite child, Ivanka.

Trump has always positioned himself as a master of strategy, optics, and dominance. But the battlefield has changed, and Musk is bigger, faster, and unbound by traditional limits. Resigning while issuing sweeping pardons and securing his family’s future is the final masterstroke of a man who always plays to win, even when the world says it’s over.
This isn’t about surrender. It is about having the last laugh.

So, I woke up this morning and found a flaw in my prediction: secret pardons.

What if Trump could issue secret pardons and then just stash them in the sock-drawer?
I went to my AI Research Assistant, Chad Walker, for an answer.
Chad told me that the U.S. Constitution (Article II, Section 2) gives the president the power to grant pardons for federal criminal offenses [they don’t apply to state charges or impeachment], with no restrictions on whom they can pardon.
And yes, a U.S. president can legally issue secret pardons, including preemptive ones for family members, and quietly store them for future use, even for scenarios like being removed from office or after death. There’s no law requiring public announcement of a pardon. The Office of the Pardon Attorney notes the president “may disregard” their process entirely; and while the names of pardoned individuals are eventually listed publicly, nothing prevents a president from issuing a pardon in private first.
Note: Legal scholarship confirms that a pardon, once slipped into hiding “without telling anyone but the recipient,” still takes effect when offered, known as a “drawer pardon.”
Preemptive pardons are constitutional. The President’s clemency power extends to crimes not yet charged, based on past or potential conduct. Even self-serving or nepotistic pardons are still legal. There is no law preventing a president from pardoning family members, friends, political allies, or even themselves (though self-pardons are still untested legally).
Bill Clinton secretly pardoned his brother, Roger. The pardon was not publicly announced at the time it was granted, and was only discovered when the official list of pardons was released later. This pardon was part of a late-night batch of 140 pardons and commutations, many of which were controversial and scrutinized after the fact.
This means that Trump may have already signed the pardons, which suggests he might want to savor another three years of power and glory, potentially making my prediction incorrect.
